Workshop for all who would like to cook

You are familiar with bean soup, chili con carne, bacon lentils, falafel and tofu. But have you also heard of feijoada, dal and acaraje? Legumes vary according to climatic conditions and traditions, but they are an important part of the diet all over the world.
While cooks prepare a variety of traditional dishes with legumes, cultural and historical information about the plants used will be presented. The prepared dishes will be eaten together.
